Dr. Sha'Meca Latai', Founder of Women Who Lead Connect (WWLC), has dedicated over 20 years to creating platforms, opportunities, and environments where women can thrive and lead with purpose. Her mission is clear: to help women turn their voices into powerful platforms for change. Through her global partnerships with women and leaders from all walks of life, Dr. Sha'Meca has been at the forefront of empowering women to step into their full potential.
Dr. Sha'Meca believes that true leadership comes from a place of healing and authenticity. She shares, “We are leaders, but we still need healing. We are leading, but many of us have been doing it tired, broken, and bitter. It's time for a shift. It's time to let the next woman know that we understand and that she deserves freedom, peace, and to walk unapologetically in her purpose for the Glory of God.”
